Rosette L109 shows the moderate frame and fleshiness that we have been building on over the years.  It was cows like this that gave us the impetus to focus on building a maternal herd.  She’s an easy keeper, able to thrive in various conditions, and has a natural ability to produce healthy, strong calves year after year.  She also shows that this type of cow is industry relevant and can efficiently produce progeny that will give a superior eating quality meat.
